Bruschetta Recipe

-feta cheese
-extra virgin olive oil
-herb & garlic cream cheese

1. Set oven to 300 ˚ F

2. Cut bagette into thick slices, glaze w/ oil

3. Place in oven for 5 min., glaze opposite side & repeat

4. Dice tomato & feta, place in bowl

5. Add oil, basil, salt, pepper, garlic to taste

6. Remove bagette from oven & toast in toaster

7. When toasted, thinly spread cream cheese on bread

8. Pour tomato mixture on top & serve

(Good w/ milk!)
